sec.118AM Compliance with obligations after closure of generating unit
A Registered participant who is or was subject to a mandatory operation direction must, in accordance with the Rules, keep in place arrangements to ensure the Registered participant can, on the closure of a MOD generating unit— comply with all of the Registered participant’s obligations associated with the generating unit; and meet all liabilities associated with the generating unit including liabilities arising from closing the unit. s 118AM ins 2024 No. 62 (SA) s 6
- (a) comply with all of the Registered participant’s obligations associated with the generating unit; and
- (b) meet all liabilities associated with the generating unit including liabilities arising from closing the unit.
