sec.106 Evidence of the National Electricity Rules
A document purporting to be a copy of— the National Electricity Rules; or the initial National Electricity Rules; or an amendment to the initial National Electricity Rules or the National Electricity Rules, endorsed with a certificate to which the seal of the AEMC has been duly affixed certifying the document is such a copy, is evidence that the document is such a copy.
- (a) the National Electricity Rules; or
- (b) the initial National Electricity Rules; or
- (c) an amendment to the initial National Electricity Rules or the National Electricity Rules,
