sec.104C AEMC may revoke trial Rule on recommendation of AER
The AEMC may, on the recommendation of the AER, revoke a trial Rule in accordance with this Part. This section is in addition to, and does not limit, section 104B . s 104C ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 17 (sec.104C-ssec.1) The AEMC may, on the recommendation of the AER, revoke a trial Rule in accordance with this Part.
