sec.102A Proposal to make more preferable Rule
If, in view of the response to a draft Rule determination, the AEMC proposes to make a more preferable Rule, the AEMC may— make, and publish notice of, a draft Rule determination in respect of the proposed more preferable Rule; or make, and publish notice of, a final Rule determination for the proposed more preferable Rule. The final Rule determination, or further draft Rule determination, and the related notice, must be published within 6 weeks after the end of the period for submissions or comments on the earlier draft Rule determination. s 102A ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 68 sub 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 35 (sec.102A-ssec.1) If, in view of the response to a draft Rule determination, the AEMC proposes to make a more preferable Rule, the AEMC may— make, and publish notice of, a draft Rule determination in respect of the proposed more preferable Rule; or make, and publish notice of, a final Rule determination for the proposed more preferable Rule. (sec.102A-ssec.2) The final Rule determination, or further draft Rule determination, and the related notice, must be published within 6 weeks after the end of the period for submissions or comments on the earlier draft Rule determination.
- (a) make, and publish notice of, a draft Rule determination in respect of the proposed more preferable Rule; or
- (b) make, and publish notice of, a final Rule determination for the proposed more preferable Rule.
