sec.100 Right to make written submissions and comments in relation to draft Rule determination
Any person or body, within the period specified in a notice under section 99 (1a)(b), may make a written submission or comment in relation to a draft Rule determination to which the notice relates. s 100 amd 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 33
