sch.3-sec.6 Exemptions
On the commencement day— an exemption given by NEMMCO under clause 2.2.1(c) of the National Electricity Code in force immediately before that day is deemed to be an exemption granted under section 12(5); an exemption granted by NECA under clause 2.5.1(d) of the National Electricity Code in force immediately before that day is deemed to be an exemption granted under section 13(3).
- (a) an exemption given by NEMMCO under clause 2.2.1(c) of the National Electricity Code in force immediately before that day is deemed to be an exemption granted under section 12(5);
- (b) an exemption granted by NECA under clause 2.5.1(d) of the National Electricity Code in force immediately before that day is deemed to be an exemption granted under section 13(3).
