sch.3-sec.27 Transitional provision related to AER wholesale market reporting functions
Despite section 18C(3)— the first report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 2 years after the relevant day; and the second report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 4 years after the relevant day. In this clause— relevant day means the day on which this clause comes into operation. sch 3 s 27 ins 2016 No. 56 (SA) s 7 (sch.3-sec.27-ssec.1) Despite section 18C(3)— the first report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 2 years after the relevant day; and the second report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 4 years after the relevant day. (sch.3-sec.27-ssec.2) In this clause— relevant day means the day on which this clause comes into operation.
