sch.3-sec.21 Recovery of costs of transition
AEMO may recover the costs of transition as a component of the participant fees payable by Registered participants who are Market Customers. The costs of transition are to be recovered— over a period of 4 financial years from the changeover date; and in accordance with a schedule prepared by AEMO and published on its website. AEMO is not required to consult on the schedule. sch 3 s 21 ins 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 53 (sch.3-sec.21-ssec.1) AEMO may recover the costs of transition as a component of the participant fees payable by Registered participants who are Market Customers. (sch.3-sec.21-ssec.2) The costs of transition are to be recovered— over a period of 4 financial years from the changeover date; and in accordance with a schedule prepared by AEMO and published on its website. (sch.3-sec.21-ssec.3) AEMO is not required to consult on the schedule.
