sch.3-sec.20 Interaction between this Part and jurisdictional transitional arrangements

This Part and any Regulations or Rules of a saving or transitional nature apply in a participating jurisdiction subject to any exclusions or qualifications made by or under an Act of the participating jurisdiction.
