sch.2-sec.1 Displacement of Schedule by contrary intention
The application of this Schedule to this Law, the Regulations or other statutory instrument (other than the National Electricity Rules) may be displaced, wholly or partly, by a contrary intention appearing in this Law or the Regulations or that statutory instrument. The application of this Schedule to the National Electricity Rules (other than clauses 7, 12, 15, 17, 19, 23 to 26 and 31 to 34, 39, 42 and 43 of this Schedule) may be displaced, wholly or partly, by a contrary intention appearing in the National Electricity Rules. sch 2 s 1 amd 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 77 (sch.2-sec.1-ssec.1) The application of this Schedule to this Law, the Regulations or other statutory instrument (other than the National Electricity Rules) may be displaced, wholly or partly, by a contrary intention appearing in this Law or the Regulations or that statutory instrument.
