#### 4 Definitions
> Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:
(a) key personnel;
(b) National Disability Insurance Scheme;
(c) NDIS Code of Conduct;
(d) NDIS provider;
(e) participant.
In this instrument:
> Act means the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
> Code‑covered person has the meaning given under subsection 5(2) of this instrument.
