314  Giving documents to natural persons   Section 109X of the Corporations Act 2001 applies for the purposes of this Chapter as if a reference in subsection (2) of that section to leaving a document at an address were a reference to leaving it at that address with a person whom the person leaving the document believes on reasonable grounds:  (a) to live or work at that address; and  (b) to have attained the age of 16 years.
