Industrial development on land below the flood planning level
(1) A floor level survey plan, prepared by a registered surveyor, must be submitted to the principal certifying authority before the construction of wall frames of a building located on land below the flood planning level.
(2) The plan must show that the floor levels are above the flood planning level.
