4 Local licences, recognised licences and deemed local licences

4 Local licences, recognised licences and deemed local licences

(1) For the purposes of the Act, section 3(1), definition of local licence, a licence described in Schedule 1, Column 2 is prescribed.

(2) For the purposes of the Act, section 3(1), definition of recognised licence, a licence issued under a law of another jurisdiction described in Schedule 1, Column 1 is prescribed.

(3) For the purposes of the Act, section 4(1), a local licence described in Schedule 1, Column 2 is prescribed as equivalent to the recognised licence described in the corresponding entry in Schedule 1, Column 1.
