New South Wales regulation
This regulation automatically recognises certain interstate electrical licences as equivalent to specific NSW home‑building licences (supervisor certificate or endorsed contractor) listed in Schedule 1. That equivalence allows holders of the prescribed interstate licences to lawfully carry out electrical wiring work without supervision in NSW. The regulation repeals the 2014 instrument and carries forward its existing effects, so individuals with matching interstate licences obtain the equivalent NSW entitlement while administrators verify eligibility.
