19 Conditions relating to the compensation payment
(1) If a person receives compensation in the form of a subsidy to assist with the purchase of a motor vehicle under this Scheme, the person must: (a) register the motor vehicle; and (b) comprehensively insure the motor vehicle to its full market value.
