18 Motor vehicle from another scheme
(1) A person is not eligible for compensation in the form of a subsidy to assist with the purchase of a motor vehicle under this Scheme if the person receives or has received: (a) a payment or any other form of assistance for the purchase of a motor vehicle; or (b) a motor vehicle; under any other law, contract, agreement or understanding within 5 years before making a claim for compensation under this Scheme.
