## 22A Delegation by Commissioner (1) The Commissioner may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Commissioner’s functions or powers under this Act to an APS employee whose services have been made available under section 20F and who is: (2) In performing functions or exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Commissioner.
