## 20L Appointment of Commissioner > Note: Qualifications, knowledge or experience in public policy relating to modern slavery or related forms of human exploitation may include experience engaging with victims of modern slavery or human trafficking. (3) Paragraph (2)(b) does not apply in relation to the reappointment of a person who, immediately before the start of the period of reappointment, holds office as the Commissioner under a previous appointment under subsection (1).
