sec.30 Replaced public sector directives

This section applies if, under section 26 (2) , a directive provides for a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating the provisions of a public sector directive (the first public sector directive ). The directive may provide that, if the first public sector directive is repealed and a new public sector directive dealing with substantially the same subject matter is made to replace it, the directive continues to operate as if a reference in it to the first public sector directive were a reference to the new public sector directive. s 30 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 26 (2) , a directive provides for a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating the provisions of a public sector directive (the first public sector directive ).
