sec.23 References to interest or conflict of interest
A reference in this division to an interest or to a conflict of interest is a reference to those matters within their ordinary meaning under the general law, and, in relation to an interest, the definition in the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , schedule 1 , does not apply. s 23 amd 2013 No. 39 s 110 (1) sch 3 pt 1
