sec.13H Police commissioner must not use information given under this part
Information given to the police commissioner by the chief executive under section 13D (3) must not be accessed, disclosed or used for any purpose, other than a purpose under this part or any other purpose relevant to law enforcement. However, subsection (1) does not apply to information obtained by the police commissioner before the chief executive gave the information under section 13D (3) . s 13H ins 2020 No. 25 s 3 (sec.13H-ssec.1) Information given to the police commissioner by the chief executive under section 13D (3) must not be accessed, disclosed or used for any purpose, other than a purpose under this part or any other purpose relevant to law enforcement. (sec.13H-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to information obtained by the police commissioner before the chief executive gave the information under section 13D (3) .
