sec.11 Nature of employment
A person employed as a staff member— does not, only because of the employment, become a public service employee; and is an employee for the Industrial Relations Act 2016 ; and is an employee of the State. A delegation may be made to a staff member under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 76 . s 11 amd 2016 No. 63 s 1157 sch 6
- (a) does not, only because of the employment, become a public service employee; and
- (b) is an employee for the Industrial Relations Act 2016 ; and
- (c) is an employee of the State. Note for paragraph (c) — A delegation may be made to a staff member under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 76 .
