64O Matters to be taken into account by the Minister

For the purposes of section 84AZZ(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed matters are—

(a) the information set out in regulation 64N; or

(b) any comments received in response to requests or consultation under section 84AZZ of the Act or regulation 64P(4) or (6).
