sec.70 Existing amendment of gross value royalty decision

This section applies if— before the commencement, the revenue commissioner amended a gross value royalty decision under section 65(1) of the expired regulation; and immediately before the commencement, the gross value royalty decision as amended was still in effect. The decision to amend the gross value royalty decision is taken to have been made under section 43(1). (sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the revenue commissioner amended a gross value royalty decision under section 65(1) of the expired regulation; and immediately before the commencement, the gross value royalty decision as amended was still in effect. (sec.70-ssec.2) The decision to amend the gross value royalty decision is taken to have been made under section 43(1).

• (a) before the commencement, the revenue commissioner amended a gross value royalty decision under section 65(1) of the expired regulation; and
• (b) immediately before the commencement, the gross value royalty decision as amended was still in effect.
