sec.93 Definitions for division

In this division— allocation process , for an authority, means the process for making an initial allocation decision under former part 3, division 1, subdivision 1 for the authority. amendment Act means the Mineral and Energy Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 . annual review process , for an authority, means the process for making an annual review decision under former part 3, division 1, subdivision 3 for the authority. changed holder review process , for an authority in relation to which a changed holder event happens or is proposed, means the process for making a changed holder review allocation under former part 3, division 1, subdivision 2 in relation to the changed holder event, including because of an application made under former section 33. former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement. relevant anniversary day , for an authority, means the anniversary day within the meaning of former section 38(7) first occurring after the commencement. s 93 ins 2024 No. 33 s 129
