sec.92 Scheme manager may require further information from holder before allocation decision

Section 44 applies to— the holder of an environmental authority mentioned in section 89(1)(a) from the commencement; and the holder of an environmental authority mentioned in section 89(1)(c) from the later of the following— the commencement; the day the administering authority gives a notice of a decision about the amount and form of the financial assurance to the holder of the authority.

• (a) the holder of an environmental authority mentioned in section 89(1)(a) from the commencement; and
• (b) the holder of an environmental authority mentioned in section 89(1)(c) from the later of the following— (i) the commencement; (ii) the day the administering authority gives a notice of a decision about the amount and form of the financial assurance to the holder of the authority.
