sec.76F Application for judicial review of particular decisions

A dissatisfied person may apply for review under the Judicial Review Act 1991 of the following decisions of the scheme manager— an initial risk category allocation; a changed holder allocation; an annual review allocation; a decision about the annual review allocation day for an authority under section 27A or 32 (4) (b) ; a decision to change the annual review allocation day for an authority under part 3 , division 1 , subdivision 3A . In this section— dissatisfied person means— for an initial risk category allocation—the holder of the authority for which the allocation is made; or for a changed holder allocation—the interested entity for which the allocation is made; or for an annual review allocation—the holder of the authority for which the allocation is made; or for a decision about the annual review allocation day for an authority under section 27A —the holder of the authority; or for a decision about the annual review allocation day under section 32 (4) (b) —the interested entity for which the decision is made; or for a decision to change the annual review allocation day for an authority under part 3 , division 1 , subdivision 3A —the holder of the authority or, if section 41D applies, the changed holder for the authority. s 76F (prev s 74) reloc and renum 2020 No. 26 s 111 amd 2024 No. 33 s 125 (sec.76F-ssec.1) A dissatisfied person may apply for review under the Judicial Review Act 1991 of the following decisions of the scheme manager— an initial risk category allocation; a changed holder allocation; an annual review allocation; a decision about the annual review allocation day for an authority under section 27A or 32 (4) (b) ; a decision to change the annual review allocation day for an authority under part 3 , division 1 , subdivision 3A .
