sec.67 Requesting entity may ask for realisation of surety
The requesting entity may ask the scheme manager for payment of the costs and expenses by making a claim on or realising the surety or part of it. The request must— be in writing; and state the details of the costs and expenses; and state the details of the authority or small scale mining tenure to which the request relates; and include the other information prescribed by regulation.
