sec.14 Remuneration and conditions
The scheme manager is to be paid the remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council. The remuneration must not be reduced during the scheme manager’s term of office without the scheme manager’s written consent. The scheme manager holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.14-ssec.1) The scheme manager is to be paid the remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
