sec.12 Appointment
There is to be a scheme manager. The scheme manager is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. The scheme manager is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . The scheme manager may be appointed on a full-time or part-time basis. s 12 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.12-ssec.1) There is to be a scheme manager.
