sec.9 Administration, receivership or liquidation— Act , s 19B

This section applies if a notifiable dealing with a resource authority is required to be executed because the holder of the resource authority is placed into administration, receivership or liquidation. For section 19B (2) of the Act , the administrator, receiver or liquidator must give notice to the chief executive of the notifiable dealing to enable its registration. s 9 amd 2020 Act No. 14 s 88 (sec.9-ssec.1) This section applies if a notifiable dealing with a resource authority is required to be executed because the holder of the resource authority is placed into administration, receivership or liquidation. (sec.9-ssec.2) For section 19B (2) of the Act , the administrator, receiver or liquidator must give notice to the chief executive of the notifiable dealing to enable its registration.
