sec.4A Notifiable dealings— Act , s 17A
For section 17A (1) of the Act , each of the following is a notifiable dealing— a change to the resource authority holder’s name even if the holder continues to be the same person after the change; a non-assessable transfer. s 4A ins 2020 Act No. 14 s 84
