sec.32 Minimum negotiation period— Act , s 85
This section prescribes, for section 85 (2) (a) of the Act , the minimum negotiation period. The minimum negotiation period is— 20 business days starting on the day the negotiation notice is given; or if the eligible claimant and the resource authority holder agree in writing to a longer period—the longer period. (sec.32-ssec.1) This section prescribes, for section 85 (2) (a) of the Act , the minimum negotiation period.
