sec.28 Exempted resource authority— Act , s 65
This section applies to a resource authority included in a project declared to be a coordinated project under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 , section 26 . The resource authority is exempt from chapter 3 , part 3 , division 2 of the Act .
