sec.27 Notice of notifiable road use— Act , s 63
This section prescribes, for section 63 (1) (a) of the Act , the requirements for a notice that a resource authority holder proposes to carry out a notifiable road use. The notice must state— the public road proposed to be used; and the type of vehicle proposed to be used; and the type of material proposed to be hauled; and the total weight of material proposed to be hauled, expressed— as the total weight of material to be hauled in a year; or in another way; and the period during which the public road is proposed to be used; and the frequency of vehicle movements on the public road; and contact details for— the resource authority holder; or another person the resource authority holder has authorised to discuss the matters stated in the notice. The notice must be given— at least 10 business days before the notifiable road use is proposed to start; or if the public road authority agrees in writing to a shorter period—within the shorter period. (sec.27-ssec.1) This section prescribes, for section 63 (1) (a) of the Act , the requirements for a notice that a resource authority holder proposes to carry out a notifiable road use. (sec.27-ssec.3) The notice must be given— at least 10 business days before the notifiable road use is proposed to start; or if the public road authority agrees in writing to a shorter period—within the shorter period.
- (a) the public road proposed to be used; and
- (b) the type of vehicle proposed to be used; and
- (c) the type of material proposed to be hauled; and
- (d) the total weight of material proposed to be hauled, expressed— (i) as the total weight of material to be hauled in a year; or (ii) in another way; and
- (i) as the total weight of material to be hauled in a year; or
- (ii) in another way; and
- (e) the period during which the public road is proposed to be used; and
- (f) the frequency of vehicle movements on the public road; and
- (g) contact details for— (i) the resource authority holder; or (ii) another person the resource authority holder has authorised to discuss the matters stated in the notice.
