sec.25 Waiver of entry notice— Act , s 60
This section prescribes, for section 60 (2) (a) of the Act , the requirements for a waiver of entry notice. The notice must state— that the resource authority holder has told the public land authority that the authority was not required to give a waiver of entry notice; and the authorised activities proposed to be carried out on the land; and the period during which the land will be entered; and when and where the activities are to be carried out. The notice must be signed by the public land authority. (sec.25-ssec.1) This section prescribes, for section 60 (2) (a) of the Act , the requirements for a waiver of entry notice. (sec.25-ssec.2) The notice must state— that the resource authority holder has told the public land authority that the authority was not required to give a waiver of entry notice; and the authorised activities proposed to be carried out on the land; and the period during which the land will be entered; and when and where the activities are to be carried out.
