sch.1-sec.3 Definitions
In this schedule— holder means a person who, under a Resource Act, holds a resource authority. landholder means an owner or occupier of private land in the area of, or access land for, a resource authority. relevant person means— the holder of a resource authority; or a person acting for a holder under a resource authority.
- (a) the holder of a resource authority; or
- (b) a person acting for a holder under a resource authority.
