SPECIFICATION OF TRANSIT PASSENGERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF REGULATION 2.40(1)(n) OF THE MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994
I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulations 1.17 and 2.40(l)(n) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’), hereby:

REVOKE the notice signed on 25 December 2001; and
-
SPECIFY transit passengers who belong to a class of persons specified in Attachment A to this instrument as a class of persons for the purposes of subparagraph 2.40(1)(n) of the Regulations.
