sec.70 Replacing lost, stolen or damaged licences
This section applies if the chief executive has given a person a hard copy document evidencing a pest management licence. The person may apply to the chief executive for a replacement of the document if the document is lost, stolen or damaged. The application must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 2 . (sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive has given a person a hard copy document evidencing a pest management licence. (sec.70-ssec.2) The person may apply to the chief executive for a replacement of the document if the document is lost, stolen or damaged. (sec.70-ssec.3) The application must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 2 .
