sec.59 Employee requirements about records

This section applies if an employee of a business operator is required, under this regulation, to make a record about a particular matter or give a particular record to the operator. The business operator must—. take all reasonable steps to ensure the employee complies with the requirement; and keep any record given to the operator in compliance with the requirement. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— record means a certificate, notice, record or other document.
