A business operator must keep a record of— the address and contact details of each of the operator’s employees carrying out pest management activities; and any notifiable incidents reported to the chief executive under section 49 in relation to the operator’s pest management business. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 58 amd 2023 SL No. 163 s 17
