sec.52 Pest management trainees
A business operator must take all reasonable steps to ensure each pest management trainee employed by the operator— is supervised by a licensed technician while carrying out any pest management activity; and receives training that is appropriate for the pest management activities carried out by the trainee and the trainee’s level of competency. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) is supervised by a licensed technician while carrying out any pest management activity; and
- (b) receives training that is appropriate for the pest management activities carried out by the trainee and the trainee’s level of competency.
