sec.5 Fumigants— Act , s 14
For section 14 (3) of the Act , each of the following substances, and a combination of any of the substances, is prescribed to be a fumigant when prepared or used for an activity of a type mentioned in section 19 (2) of the Act — ozone; carbon dioxide; nitrogen. s 5 amd 2023 SL No. 163 s 4
- (a) ozone;
- (b) carbon dioxide;
- (c) nitrogen.
