This section applies in relation to a container used by a qualified person—
in which a fumigant or pesticide is stored for future use; and
that does not have an approved label attached to it.
The qualified person must take all reasonable steps to ensure a label showing the following information is durably printed on, or securely attached to, the outside of the container—
the name by which the fumigant or pesticide is marketed or sold;
each active constituent of the fumigant or pesticide in the container;
the strength of each active constituent expressed as—
for a liquid in a liquid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
for a liquid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
for a solid or semisolid in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
for a solid or semisolid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
for a gas in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
for a gas in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
for a gas in a gaseous preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation.
(sec.43-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a container used by a qualified person— in which a fumigant or pesticide is stored for future use; and that does not have an approved label attached to it.
(sec.43-ssec.2) The qualified person must take all reasonable steps to ensure a label showing the following information is durably printed on, or securely attached to, the outside of the container— the name by which the fumigant or pesticide is marketed or sold; each active constituent of the fumigant or pesticide in the container; the strength of each active constituent expressed as— for a liquid in a liquid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or for a liquid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or for a solid or semisolid in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or for a solid or semisolid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or for a gas in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or for a gas in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or for a gas in a gaseous preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation.

(i) for a liquid in a liquid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(ii) for a liquid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(iii) for a solid or semisolid in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(iv) for a solid or semisolid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(v) for a gas in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(vi) for a gas in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(vii) for a gas in a gaseous preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation.
(i) for a liquid in a liquid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(ii) for a liquid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass or volume of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(iii) for a solid or semisolid in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(iv) for a solid or semisolid in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(v) for a gas in a liquid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated volume of the preparation; or
(vi) for a gas in a solid or semisolid preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation; or
(vii) for a gas in a gaseous preparation—the mass of the active constituent in a stated mass of the preparation.
