sec.4 Application of regulation
This regulation applies in relation to a regulated activity that is— a pest management activity; or asking or directing another person to carry out a pest management activity. See also the Medicines and Poisons (Poisons and Prohibited Substances) Regulation 2021 in relation to dealings with poisons and prohibited substances (including fumigants and pesticides). (sec.4-ssec) This regulation applies in relation to a regulated activity that is— a pest management activity; or asking or directing another person to carry out a pest management activity. See also the Medicines and Poisons (Poisons and Prohibited Substances) Regulation 2021 in relation to dealings with poisons and prohibited substances (including fumigants and pesticides).
- (a) a pest management activity; or
- (b) asking or directing another person to carry out a pest management activity.
