sec.32 Other person to be near licensed technician
While a licensed technician is carrying out a fumigation activity at a fumigation site, the technician must take all reasonable steps to ensure at least 1 other person more than 17 years is physically present at the site. The licensed technician must advise the other person about how to suitably assist the technician, if necessary.
