sch.1-sec.5 Class of person
A person who— holds a commercial operator’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and holds, or is employed by the holder of— an aerial distribution contractor licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; or a ground distribution contractor’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and is employed to distribute a pesticide with ground equipment on land used for agricultural or horticultural purposes.
- (a) holds a commercial operator’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and
- (b) holds, or is employed by the holder of— (i) an aerial distribution contractor licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; or (ii) a ground distribution contractor’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and
- (i) an aerial distribution contractor licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; or
- (ii) a ground distribution contractor’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and
- (c) is employed to distribute a pesticide with ground equipment on land used for agricultural or horticultural purposes.
- (i) an aerial distribution contractor licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; or
- (ii) a ground distribution contractor’s licence granted under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 ; and
