sch.1-sec.33 Class of person
A person who is— supervised by a person holding a QBCC licence of the termite management class; and employed to construct, extend or renovate a building or other structure.
- (a) supervised by a person holding a QBCC licence of the termite management class; and
- (b) employed to construct, extend or renovate a building or other structure.
