sch.1-sec.31 Class of person
A person who— holds a QBCC licence of the termite management class; and is employed to construct, extend or renovate a building or other structure.
- (a) holds a QBCC licence of the termite management class; and
- (b) is employed to construct, extend or renovate a building or other structure.
